Shipping policy

All parcels are shipped within a reasonable timeframe of 2 to 5 business days (most often, they are sent the same day or the next business day after the order) and are carefully packed to withstand normal transport conditions.

Delivery times after shipment:

Canada: 3 to 5 business days
Europe: 4 to 14 business days

All Princesse & Dragon parcels are shipped via Canada Post. To ensure quality service and safe delivery, all shipments are insured and include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Please note that conditions beyond our control (weather events, strikes, customs, etc.) may cause additional delays.

Products are sent as standard parcels and will be delivered to your mailbox whenever possible. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and the parcel cannot be left safely, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice indicating at which post office you can pick it up. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and Princesse & Dragon cannot be held responsible for delays in receiving the parcel. In case of a significant delay, please contact us.

If your scarf is damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive it. We will work with you to find the most suitable solution. All our shipments are sent in protective packaging that ensures optimal protection of the contents.

Customs fees may apply for deliveries outside Canada. The customer is responsible for paying any taxes and customs duties applicable in their country.

Payment methods
All prices shown are in Canadian dollars (C$). For your convenience, we offer several payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. The total amount of your purchase will be charged automatically to your credit card or PayPal account.

For your security, all credit card transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure platform. However, you do not need to have or create a PayPal account to pay with Visa or Mastercard.
