YOUR SATISFACTION
Princesse & Dragon is committed to your complete satisfaction. If your purchase is not right for you, we will exchange it or refund the price of the items (shipping costs excluded). You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns are made at the customer's initiative, convenience and expense. Returned items must be:
- in perfect condition,
- with no sign of use.
The refund is issued once we have confirmed that these conditions are met. Otherwise, no refund can be granted; the item remains the customer's property and may be collected from the Princesse & Dragon head office within one month.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR ORDER ERRORS
If an item is defective or does not match your order, we will, at your preference, offer an exchange or a full refund. Slight variations in colour or printing irregularities are not defects: they are inherent to the artisanal techniques used to make our pieces.
