Return and Exchange Policy

Princesse & Dragon guarantees customer satisfaction.

General Return and Exchange Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Princesse & Dragon will exchange the item or offer a refund (excluding shipping fees). You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item.

The return process is at the customer's initiative, convenience, and expense. Returned items must be:

  • in good condition,

  • showing no signs of use

Refunds will only be processed once these conditions are confirmed. If they are not met, no refund will be issued, and the customer will retain ownership of the product, which they may retrieve from Princesse & Dragon’s headquarters within one month.

Defective Products or Order Errors

Princesse & Dragon commits, at the customer's choice, to refund or exchange products that are defective or do not match the order.
Please note: Irregularities in the print or slight color variations are not considered defects, as they are inherent to the artisanal techniques used in the making of our items.

Return Policy for Customers Outside of Canada

Customs Declaration Requirements

For all international returns, including those from the United States, the parcel must be clearly marked as “Return of Goods” with a declared value of $0 or “No Commercial Value” on the customs declaration form.
This ensures that no duties or taxes are charged upon return. Any fees resulting from incorrect labeling will be the responsibility of the customer.

Brokerage Fees and Recommended Carriers

Please be aware that courier services like UPS, FedEx, and DHL routinely charge brokerage fees upon delivery to Canada, even when the parcel is marked as a return with no commercial value. These fees are often significant (ranging from $25 to $60 or more) and are entirely at the customer's expense.

To avoid these charges, we strongly recommend using your country’s national postal service (e.g., USPS in the United States, La Poste in France, Correos in Spain, etc.). These services hand over the parcel to Canada Post, which does not charge brokerage fees for properly declared low-value returns.

Returns sent via private couriers will be accepted, but Princesse & Dragon cannot reimburse any brokerage fees incurred.
