General Return and Exchange Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Princesse & Dragon will exchange it or offer you a refund (excluding delivery charges). You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your item.
The return method is at the customer’s initiative, convenience, and expense. Returned items must:

be in good condition

show no signs of use
Princesse & Dragon will only issue a refund for returned items after verifying that these conditions have been met. If they are not met, no refund will be issued and the customer will retain ownership of the product, which may be picked up at Princesse & Dragon’s head office within one month.
Defective Products or Order Errors
At the customer’s choice, Princesse & Dragon commits to refunding or exchanging products that are defective or that do not match the order.
Irregularities in the prints or slight colour variations are not considered defects, as they are inherent to the artisanal manufacturing techniques used.
Return Policy for Customers Outside Canada
Customs Labelling Required
For any international return, the parcel must be clearly identified as “Return of merchandise”, with a declared value of $0 or the wording “No commercial value” on the customs declaration form.
This helps avoid customs duties or taxes upon return. Any fees resulting from incorrect labelling will be charged to the customer.
Brokerage Fees and Choice of Carrier
Please note that private courier services such as UPS, FedEx or DHL systematically charge brokerage fees when goods enter Canada — even for returns with no value. These fees are often high ($25 to $60) and are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
To avoid these fees, we strongly recommend using your country’s national postal service (for example: USPS in the United States, La Poste in France, Correos in Spain, etc.). These services are handed over to Canada Post, which does not charge brokerage fees on low-value returns that are properly declared.
