Return and Exchange Policy
Princesse & Dragon guarantees customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Princesse & Dragon will exchange it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your item.
The method of return is at the customer’s initiative, convenience and expense. Returned items must be in good condition, in their original packaging and in an outer protective packaging, and must show no signs of use.
Princesse & Dragon will reimburse any sums paid for returned items only after verifying that these conditions have been met. If this is not the case, no refund will be made, and the customer will retain ownership of the product, which may be collected from Princesse & Dragon’s head office within a maximum of one month.

Princesse & Dragon undertakes, at the customer’s option, to refund or exchange defective products or products that do not correspond to the order.
Irregularities in product prints or slight color variations do not constitute a lack of conformity or hidden defects, as they are inherent to the artisanal techniques used in the manufacturing process.
Please note that Princesse & Dragon items purchased from one of our retailers are subject to that retailer’s own return policies. This policy applies only to purchases made on this website.
