Politique d'expédition

All packages are shipped from Montreal within a reasonable time frame of 2 to 5 business days (often as early as the next business day after the order is placed). Each parcel is carefully packed to ensure optimal protection during transit.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Canada: 1 to 8 business days, depending on the province
Europe: 4 to 14 business days

All Princesse & Dragon shipments are sent via Canada Post or UPS. To ensure the quality of our service and safe delivery, all shipments are insured and include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as the parcel is shipped. Please note, however, that conditions beyond our control (weather, strikes, customs, etc.) may cause additional delays.

We offer free shipping within Canada on orders of $150 or more. Products are sent as standard parcels and will be delivered directly to your mailbox whenever possible. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Canada Post will either leave the parcel in a safe place or leave a delivery notice indicating where you can pick up your package.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, and Princesse & Dragon cannot be held responsible for delays in receiving your order. In the event of a significant delay, please contact us so we can assist you.

For shipments to Europe or other regions where shipping fees are not included, we strongly recommend choosing a shipping option with a tracking number so that you can locate your parcel at all times.

Damaged products
If your scarf arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive it. We will find the most appropriate solution for your situation. All our shipments are prepared in packaging that ensures optimal protection of the contents.

Customs fees
Customs fees may apply to deliveries outside Canada. The customer is responsible for all taxes and customs duties applicable in their country.

We are committed to providing fast and efficient delivery of your orders. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Incorrect or incomplete address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the following option is available:

Reshipment
We can reship your order to the correct address once it has been updated. Reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
