All packages are sent within a reasonable time 2 to 5 working days ( usually sent the same day) and are well packaged to prevent any possibility of transport.

All Princesse & Dragon shipments are made through Canada Post. In order to ensure the quality of our service and ensure the safe delivery of your purchase, all shipments are insured and have a tracking number that will be emailed to you as soon as the package is shipped. Conditions beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, customs, etc.) can lead to delays. All our shipments are made by a postal package in a packaging guaranteeing a perfect protection of the contents. Customs fees may apply at your expense for outside the country.
The products are sent in standard package format, so they will be delivered to your mailbox. If you are not present at the time of delivery, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice indicating to which post office you can pick it up. Delivery times are not guaranteed, Princesse & Dragon disclaims any liability for delay in receiving the package. Please, contact us if you notice a delay.
If your scarf is damaged, contact us as soon as it is received. We will find the best arrangement for the situation.
